Tile Flatness Auto-detecting Line
瓷磚平整度自動(dòng)檢測(cè)線用于檢測(cè)瓷磚四邊和對(duì)角線的表面平整度。該設(shè)備采用現(xiàn)在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域流行的電子眼技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)瓷磚表面的彎曲度和翹曲度進(jìn)行無接觸、全在線、全自動(dòng)、高速的檢測(cè)。
Tile flatness auto-detecting line acts on detecting the four tile edges and diagonal surface flatness. The equipment adopts the popular electronic eye technology at industry control area to achieve non-contact, all-on-line, automatic and high-speed detecting for the curvature and angularity of tile.

適用范圍及要求
◆ 適用瓷磚種類：拋光磚、部分表面光滑的拋釉磚；
◆ 適用瓷磚厚度：同批次瓷磚間厚度變化不超過4mm；
◆ 適用檢測(cè)環(huán)境：表面潔凈，并無明顯粘附物（如大量積水、打蠟殘余物、贓物等）；
◆ 瓷磚間距要求：瓷磚間間距不少于100mm；
◆ 適用瓷磚溫度：不超過45度（也可特殊定制）
Application and Requires
◆ Suitable for all kinds of tile: polished porcelain tile, some of the glossy glazed polished tile.
◆ Tile thickness suitability: not over 4mm varying in thickness in the same batch of tile.
◆ Suitability of inspection environments: clearance of surface, without any adhesives (water, rest of wax, dirt)
◆ Space between tiles: not less than 100mm
◆ Tile temperature suitability: The tile temp. is below 45 degree (except special order)
