TG SERIES SHAVE TYPE CALIBRATING MACHINE
剃刮定厚機(jī)是由傳統(tǒng)刮平機(jī)和擺動(dòng)及滑動(dòng)裝置組成，利用剃刮原理，采用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的金剛石滾筒對(duì)瓷磚進(jìn)行縱向剛性和橫向往復(fù)銑刮，每組刮刀獨(dú)立擺動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)定量精刮和去刮痕，達(dá)到粗拋60目以上的效果，從而提高瓷磚的拋光產(chǎn)量與質(zhì)量，降低加工成本。
Shave type calibrating machine consists of traditional calibrating machine, swing and sliding device. Adopting the principle of shaving, the machine milling and scrapes rigidly in lengthways and move back and forth in breadthways with high speed rotated diamond roller. Each group of rollers swing separately, so it can achieve scraping in a settled quantity and removing the scratch, reach the effect of above 60 meshes as rough polishing, so that increasing the polishing output and quality and decreasing the processing cost.
